Alejandro Roman, also known as Roman the Stoic, is a multidisciplinary artist, tattooer, and visual arts teacher based in Pinellas County, Florida. Tattooing out of Gilded Age Tattoo in Largo, Roman blends bold illustrative line work with symbolic storytelling, drawing from years of experience as both a studio artist and educator.

Beyond tattooing, Alejandro is a lifelong skateboarder, musician, and designer whose artistic practice spans engraving mirrors, creating original illustrations, and producing unique mixed-media pieces. His work carries a balance of grit, philosophy, and emotional depth—rooted in movement, discipline, and lived experience.

Whether he's teaching young artists in the classroom, carving new designs into glass, or composing tattoo concepts tailored to his clients, Roman approaches every medium with intention and craft.
